Located in the heart of Cadaqués and with views of its bay, the Es Baluard Restaurant, as its name indicates, is part of the old town wall. The establishment was opened in 1967 by Quimet Seriñana and Maria Torrents. It is currently a restaurant with a family atmosphere run by their son, Josep Seriñana, along with his wife, Fanni Puig, and their two children, Aina and Adrià.
